When you use our mobile app for transactions, you also share transaction details with us. When you use our mobile app for transactions, you also share transaction details with us. Furthermore, we may request explicit permission to access additional information such as your location, photos, and data from your camera.
- Information you provide on the Mobile App registration form, such as your BVN, name, gender, date of birth, phone number, residential address, and email address.
- Pictures would also be gathered for additional purposes, such as updating your profile image, and KYC.
- Data you provide to us via the in-app chat feature so that we can assist you.
- In order to allow you to carry out specific tasks, such as transmitting data and airtime to someone on your contact list, we will also access the information on your contact list.
- Pictures will also be collected for identification purposes and additional features, like setting up your profile image. We may collect internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser details, device IDs, internet service provider (ISP) information, data about your computer and software, requested links or content, approximate location, referring/exit pages, timestamps, and other relevant metadata.
